Cities like Taipei and Singapore have managed to maintain stable housing prices, with increases of 5.17% and 2.74% in 2023, respectively. This resilience could be attributed to various factors such as strong demand, limited supply, and robust economic conditions in these cities.

Financial experts suggest that individuals should ideally spend no more than 30% of their pre-tax income on rent.
